Adam Isaacson
Adam is a results-oriented leader with 15+ years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, and people leadership. As a CFO and CPA with an entrepreneurial mindset, he excels at building high-performing teams, driving thoughtful growth, and optimizing financial performance.
Throughout his career at places like Perch Energy, BlueWave, SevOne, EY, and EnerNOC, Adam has built Accounting, FP&A, and People teams, advised public, private, and early-stage clients, spearheaded $35M+ in Seed, A, and B funding, drove a successful spinout and establishment of an independent organization, and developed innovative solutions to business delivery challenges.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring having travelled to 60+ countries, and learning new skills including new languages, AI, and cooking.
Carlos Guisado
Carlos is a product-driven leader who leverages his technical expertise with a strong foundation and a master's in AI and Data Science. He has bridged the gap between technology and business needs at large corporations like SegurCaixa and Mapfre, working as a consultant, as well as at the climate tech startup Clarity AI, backed by BlackRock, and his own venture, Sync.
By combining technical expertise with strategic insight, he has a proven track record of developing AI-driven tools and managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from in-depth user research to product roadmapping and execution. He focuses on creating products that not only harness advanced technologies but also deliver practical, real-world value to businesses.
Aside from working, he enjoys reading business books, playing padel and chess, and spending quality time with his family.
